Do you have a minimum-camper number?
Yes, you must have a group of at least 20 campers. However, if you have less than this, contact us and we’ll see if we can squeeze you in between larger groups.
No, when you book, the entire campsite is yours! This means you won’t be sharing facilities, or competing for space or onsite activities with other groups.
Yes, we have a fully-equipped kitchen ready for you. Or, we can cater for you. Many camp organisers prefer this option because it’s one less thing you need to worry about. Plus, our meals are delicious!
Yes. We know that exact dates and final numbers can be tricky to pin down when you’re first organising a camp (especially for large school or church groups). We can temporarily hold a date for you for up to two weeks, and final numbers can be given to use up to a week before your camp is due to start.
We require a $400.00 deposit to secure any and all bookings, regardless of the number of campers. Without this, the date you want might go to another group, so it’s good to get in early (particularly in school holidays!).
Lucky for you, we have a whole page for this. Find it here.
Yes! You can hire our camp for a single day or night (without actually staying the night). We’ve hosted large family celebrations, weddings, and special interest group festivities.
However weekends require a 2 day booking.
You’ll need a pillow, sleeping bag or blanket, sheets, a towel, toiletries, personal needs (such as medication), and torch. A drink bottle is a good idea, too.
Campers are not permitted to bring firearms or drugs. Animals or pets need prior consent before being brought onto the property.
Arrival time is 2pm and departure time is 10.00am, but we are happy to offer flexibility if other bookings fit in. Campers must not overstay the allocated departure time or an extra day’s charge will apply. It is the Group Leader’s responsibility to address the group immediately after arrival to convey Camp Lesch’s General Conditions For Hire and other briefings pertaining to your stay.
No, this area is your responsibility, and you must provide your own first aid equipment and trained staff. You must also ensure all campers provide their own necessary medications, epi-pens, or any medical apparatus they require.
With onsite action and offsite excursions, there’s so much to do. You’ve got biking, hiking, watersports, tours, horse riding, archery, and arts — just to name a few! You can see everything on our Stay page.
Most of the time, yes! But, no fire or BBQ may be lit on the property without the consent of Camp Leschenaultia staff, so just let us know first. Fire restriction notices and total fire ban must be strictly observed as per Shire of Mundaring directions for the day found on Phone # 9290 6644.
Take a look at our General Conditions For Hire form for more details as well as important terms and conditions. If you still can’t find the information you’re searching for, contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help you.
